Artist. Julian J-Czar Mackie was born and raised in Washington D.C. As a youth J-Czar listened and looked up to rappers such as Kool G Rap, Raekwon and Nas and used their styles and ways of to mold his rap skills. Also with a cousin that had a small record deal in the 80's, it was bred in his system to become a rapper and businessman.
