Rapping from an early age, his first mixtape was released in 2012 and various online singles followed as his profile grew. In 2015, his single "Blow a Check" broke through in a major way, with its massive radio airplay attracting the attention of a host of labels hungry to sign the young MC. Dollaz held out until established star Future came into the mix, offering him a spot on the roster of his Epic Records subsidiary Freebandz. His first work for the label came in the form of a string of mixtapes, Port-Au-Prince and October, both released in 2016, and Nobody's Safe, which followed in the summer of the next year. ~ Fred Thomas
