Florida-based rapper Teejay3k takes a serious approach to his lyrics, wanting to convey the truth about his upbringing and lifestyle.... His debut single, 201''s "Paper Soldiers," demonstrated a lot of promise, as it included a feature from Kodak Black, however, a series of false starts caused him to quit music. Soon after he moved to Orlando, Florida, he enrolled in college only to drop out. He was not completely deterred, returning to the studio in 2018 where he began to prolifically create new music. This resulted in three mixtapes in 2019, Since Jit Days, Product of My Environment, and Soul Searchin, the latter of which served as a breakthrough for him, gaining a fan base in the process. ~ Liam Martin
